Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are packed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday).  
  • Free standard shipping typically takes 8 business days, plus 1–2 days for handling.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.  

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. If you’re unable to enter your address during checkout, please email support@shefre.com for assistance.  

 

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.  

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Shefre is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at support@shefre.com immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.  

 

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address or failure to pick up), customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.  

 

Order Cancellations

Orders that haven’t shipped can be canceled. Please email support@shefre.com or contact us from the online chatbot on the webiste to check your order status. If eligible for cancellation, our team will guide you through the process.  

 

Refund Timing

Refunds for canceled orders typically take 3–7 business days to process. In some cases, refunded purchases may disappear from your bank statement entirely. Payments and refunds are processed through your selected payment method and may involve third-party processors.
