What is the Cup made out of? Is it safe?
The Shefre cup is made of 100% medical grade silicone, which is imported from Germany, free of Chemicals, non-toxins and odour-free. It maintains natural PH and safe to use for years.
How much fluid does the Cup hold?
- S (small): Perfect for first time cup users, low cervix, with light to heavy flow. Holds up to 25ml.
- L (large): Best for post-child birth, high cervix, experienced cup users, heavy flow. Holds up to 30ml.
How often should I boil my cup?
We recommend to boil the cup at the end of each cycle. Do not leave the boiling pot unattended and use enough water so that the pan does not boil dry.You can also use steam or UV sanitizer instead of boiling.
How long can I wear my Cup?
You can wear your Cup for up to 12 hours, no more than that. We recommend to empty it twice a day or per your need. The best time period to wear it is less than 8 hours.
